Luxe HD Print on aluminum in an aluminum Art Box float frame
This premium print meets the highest requirements while maintaining a more cost-effective price point. The Luxe HD Metal is perfect for both color and black and white images.
Using a state-of-the-art printing technique, the pigments are permanently bonded to the coating of the aluminum, making them very robust yet low in weight. The print is glossy which brings out depth and color - but can reflect light in highly lit rooms. A matte finish can be ordered at request which decreases reflections at slight reduction to the richness of the image.
Metal prints are very thin and this thinness can appear "cheap" as a result. In order to give my metal prints more substance and to avoid them looking like a thin wafer on a wall, I frame the Luxe HD Metal Print in a contemporary aluminum "artbox" float frame that lets the image be the center of attention while giving the finished product structure.

Acrylic prints are a big step up from metal prints in appearance, albeit at a higher price. This is due to the cost of materials and labor process. The end product results in crystal clear clarity, rich color and contrast, and walk-through depth.
My prints are actually a "wet" process using a negative that is exposed onto ultra-premium metallic paper. The resulting image delivers a distinct appearance that amplifies the imagery. The photochemical emulsion highlights white tones with a slight metallic shimmer, and it ensures rich luminous colors with intense black tones.
The print is then face-mounted to shatterproof glossy acrylic "glass" to enhance the sense of depth to the image while bringing out a "lit from behind" luminosity of color and light. The acrylic also provides protection and a massive reduction in UV effects.
Most "acrylic prints" in the market are sold "naked" with no framing, leaving the unfinished edges exposed. I provide mine in a slimline metal case frame that surrounds the acrylic and refines the edges, providing a more sophisticated look. Slimline is designed so that the acrylic does not align exactly with the frame, the artwork protrudes slightly out of the frame for a stunning effect.
The finished print is floated slightly on the wall, but sits more tightly and showing less airspace behind it than typical float-mounted acrylic prints. The case/frame's small width and depth bring out the best in an acrylic print without drawing too much attention to the frame itself.
